01What does the price include?
The starting price is ex-factory for the base layout with the standard specification. Your quote itemises options, packing, inland transport and ocean freight separately so you can compare like for like.
02How do I pay?
A deposit confirms the order and the balance is due before shipment. Exact terms are on your quote.
03How is it shipped? What are FOB, CIF and DDP?
Each unit ships as standard container cargo. FOB: we deliver to the Chinese port and you book sea freight. CIF: we include sea freight and insurance to your port. DDP: delivered to your site with duties paid, where available.
04How long does production take?
It depends on the model, options and order size. Your quote includes a production schedule; transit time depends on your destination port.
